Plex android wont sync download

For a few media files that just won't work (which you find by trial and error), Android XPlayer and MX Player both seem to play files copied to the device. Regarding Plex Android DL and sync, it's basically the short version of the nursery rhyme from Longfellow. I'm having trouble with Plex Sync on my android phone and iPad. I have plex in a docker container on unRAID. Every video I try just stays on "Pending". Nothing is ever saved on the device. I have tried tow different docker container (Plex and linuxserver). OS: unRAID Plex Server: Version Plex Pass enabled in the container.
